## ASQ ACCESS

### 1 Set-Up Fees (one-time fee for access)

For each physical site that will use ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE-2, you must purchase access.

Each use of an ASQ-3 or ASQ:SE-2 questionnaire in ASQ-PTI counts as 1 screening fee. The screening fee rate is $0.50 per screen. Subscribers are invoiced for screening fees on an annual basis each January, based on their usage in the prior year.

For each physical site that will use each language, you must purchase access.
