There were 4 institutes held in 2018. Each 3-day ASQ Training of Trainers Institute had more than 53 attendees per event, on average.

The ASQ Training of Trainers Institute provided participants with everything needed to instruct their colleagues in using the ASQ $ ^{ \circ} $ -3 and ASQ $ ^{\circ} $ :SE-2 screening tools.

### Meet the Trainers

Institute trainers are people who have been involved in the authorship, development and/or research of the ASQ-3 and/or the ASQ:SE-2.

- **Jane Farrell, M.S.**  
  Faculty member at the University of Oregon Early Intervention Program.  
  Over 20 years of involvement in ASQ research projects, including renorming for the ASQ:SE-2 and the ASQ-3.

- **LaWai Potter M.S.**  
  Early Intervention/Early Childhood Special Education Specialist for EC CARES in Lane County, Oregon.

- **Elizabeth Twombly M.S.**  
  The original ASQ Outreach Project Coordinator, providing training and consultation on systematic use of the ASQ in 25 states.

- **Sue Yockelson, Ph.D.**  
  Administrator for EC CARES, an early intervention/early childhood special education program in Oregon.  
  Received her master's degree in child development and family studies from Purdue University.

- Assistant Professor at Brandman University in California (a Chapman University affiliate).
  Former EPIC coordinator at Help Me Grow in Orange County, CA where she worked to promote developmental screening.
