A Special Release of questionnaires in JPEG format for texting or emailing to families was made available in Spring 2020. To request access to the Special Release files, contact [rights@brookespublishing.com](mailto:rights@brookespublishing.com "null"). These Special Release Materials are available for use through June 30, 2024.
