What if a family that isn't in our program completes a questionnaire through our Family Access page?

Family Access gives Providers and Program Administrators the opportunity to review the demographic information entered onto the screening completed through Family Access prior to accepting it into their ASQ Online account.

In the Family Access tab, there is a line below the list of Family Access pages that says "There are ## families access screenings to approve (or reject)". Clicking that will take you to the list of questionnaires that have been submitted through your program's Family Access page. On the right-hand side, you can click "Preview" to see an overview of the questionnaire, including the child and caregiver information, screening completed, and number of items completed in the questionnaire. This gives you an opportunity to review the information before accepting it into your account.

If the child is not in your program/area of service, you can reject the questionnaire. Any questionnaires that are rejected do not count towards your annual screening fee (you are only charged the $0.50 fee per screening accepted).
