## Our program uses both ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2. We'd like parents to complete both questionnaires when we direct them to Family Access. Can we combine the questionnaires?

Yes, you can invite families to complete both ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 questionnaires through a single Family Access landing page.

First you will need to create a Family Access page for both ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2. Once the pages have been created, go to the Family Access tab. In the middle column, you will see the option to "Link with Shared ASQ:SE-2/ASQ-3". Clicking that will allow you to link the two pages together, and will create a new Family Access page URL. This new page will have links on it for families to complete both questionnaires in the same session. You can choose the order in which you'd like families to complete the questionnaires (e.g., first ASQ-3, then ASQ:SE-2).
