# How do I create a document as a provider?

Providers can create Personal Documents that are only available to them in the system. To create a custom document as a Provider, go to the Screening Management page and click "Create Document" on the left-hand side. There, you'll follow the steps and enter your document information to create a document. Once the document has been created, that Provider can find their document in the list of documents in the "View/Print Documents" page.
