# I want to add a note about a child's last screening. Can I do that?

Yes, a short note (up to 24 characters) can be added to a scored screening at the top of the Information Summary sheet. You can also add a note to a Child Profile by going to the "Child Profile Notes" section within the Child Profile. There, you'll click "Add" and add the note to the Child Profile.
