An ASQ keycode grants online access only to the type of questionnaires it came with. The keycode that appears on a box of ASQ-3 questionnaires in English will allow access to ASQ-3 English questionnaires within your ASQ Online account. The keycode that appears on a box of ASQ:SE-2 questionnaires in Spanish will allow access to ASQ:SE-2 Spanish questionnaires within your account.
