The 9 month questionnaire interval was added to the third edition of ASQ to assist with pediatricians' use of screening tools at the 9, 18, and 30 month visits per the [AAP policy statement on screening](https://publications.aap.org/pediatrics/article/118/1/405/69580/Identifying-Infants-and-Young-Children-With?autologincheck=redirected). There is an overlap between the age administration windows for the 9 and 10 month questionnaires, and your program may decide which questionnaire to use.
