Updates Enhance ASQ Online’s Usability - Ages and Stages
The implementation specialists behind ASQ® Online—the data management and online questionnaire completion system for ASQ®-3 and ASQ®:SE-2—have been hard at work to bring you the following updates and improvements!
Feature Highlight
ASQ-3 in Arabic, French, and Vietnamese are now available in the ASQ Online system. Programs can print blank and completed questionnaires, set up a Family Access page, and enter questionnaire responses using the long form. The ability to toggle between the language and English is available for the long form and Family Access.
In order to add ASQ-3 Arabic, ASQ-3 French, or ASQ-3 Vietnamese questionnaires to your ASQ Online account, you will need to submit a Keycode Request Form.
General Updates
ASQ®:SE-2 Learning Activities & More is now available to put into your ASQ Online account! Order your learning activities and enter them into your ASQ Online program.
ASQ®:SE-2 Learning Activities & More was specially developed to complement ASQ:SE-2, making it a snap to share practical social-emotional strategies with parents of children from birth to age 6. Families will enjoy more than 90 learning activities, plus newsletters and topic-specific handouts. It’s an effective, low-cost, and creative way for parents and children to learn and have fun together.

The Spanish version of the ASQ:SE-2 Learning Activities is available in ASQ Online. Users are able to create/generate learning activity packets to provide to parents, and make them accessible from the Family Access Thank You page.
The ASQ Online Home page has a new look! The Home page now includes a Snapshot section, an updated Announcements section, a new Resource Corner, and a new Quick Links section. Now every time you log in, you can see up-to-date stats for your program or account. From the Announcements section you can view new and archived announcements. Don’t forget to checkout any new videos in the Resource Corner where we will keep you up to date on ASQ® and ASQ Online.
Family Access Changes
Want to send an email reminder to parents to complete their Family Access screening? Now you can! After clicking the Send link to send the invitation letter to parents through Family Access, you can select the Send a follow-up 5 days later option. If selected, the parent will receive a follow-up email five days after you send the invitation letter to remind them to complete the screening.
When creating a new Family Access page, you will see that there is now default text available in the Welcome, Consent, and Thank You fields. You can simply use that default text for your Family Access page, or you can choose to edit or add to that default text. The default text is available in English & Spanish.
Family Access is mobile friendly! The new design increases the usability of Family Access for all mobile devices including iPhones, iPads and tablets.

What ASQ Users are Saying
“ We chose ASQ because it is easy to do, low cost, culturally sensitive, and it meets our purpose of basic screening for our children’s development. Our infant teachers base their curriculum on each individual child based on the ASQ.”
Kathy Bostic, Program Supervisor, Pinehurst Child Care Center
